Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at greenirrigationmn.com or using our irrigation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

Services

Green Irrigation MN provides professional irrigation services including but not limited to:

• Sprinkler system installation for residential and commercial properties
• Irrigation system repair and maintenance
• Smart controller installation and programming
• Drip irrigation system installation
• Backflow prevention device testing and certification
• Spring startup and winterization services

Service Area

We provide irrigation services within a 50-mile radius of Minneapolis-Saint Paul, Minnesota, including but not limited to the Twin Cities Metro area. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Estimates are based on visible conditions and information provided by the customer.
• Additional work discovered during service that was not included in the original estimate will require customer approval before proceeding.
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs and labor requirements.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in service fees.

Property Access

To perform our services, customers must:

• Provide clear access to the irrigation system and related components
• Ensure pets are secured during service appointments
• Mark or identify any underground utilities, cables, or obstacles not visible from the surface
• Inform us of any known issues or hazards on the property

Warranty

Workmanship Warranty

Green Irrigation MN warrants all workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in installation and labor.

Parts and Materials

Parts and materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We will assist customers in processing warranty claims for defective materials.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by third parties, including landscapers or other contractors
• Damage from freeze, vandalism, or acts of nature
• Damage resulting from failure to properly winterize the system
• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications made by others after installation
• Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Irrigation MN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Underground Utilities

Before any excavation work, customers are responsible for contacting Gopher State One Call (811) to have underground utilities marked. Green Irrigation MN is not responsible for damage to unmarked or improperly marked utilities, including but not limited to:

• Electrical lines
• Gas lines
• Cable and communication lines
• Private utilities (invisible fences, landscape lighting, etc.)
• Septic systems and drain fields

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Green Irrigation MN or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Collect or harvest any information from the website without permission

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Irrigation MN, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
